AI Integration – When 'Plug-and-Play' Turns Into 'Pay-and-Pray'

You've picked your AI vendor. Great. Now comes the part where IT tries to wire it into everything else you use—and suddenly that slick AI demo becomes a six-month integration project.

Microsoft

If you're already using Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics, or Power Platform, the AI stack fits like a glove. Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Automate are built to talk to each other. That means fewer custom scripts, fewer vendors, and a faster path to value. Microsoft makes it feel like you're adding horsepower, not rebuilding the engine.

Google

Google's AI is powerful, but it's not always fluent in enterprise. Sure, it works well in a Google-native world, but try stitching it into your Microsoft environment and you're looking at middleware, consultants, and delays. It's not broken—it's just not seamless.

Salesforce

Salesforce AI works beautifully—as long as you stay inside the Salesforce walled garden. Want Einstein to play nice with your ERP, HR, or non-Salesforce systems? Bring a budget and a MuleSoft license. And probably a third-party integrator.

Open-Source

With open-source, you're basically building your own integrations from scratch. APIs might exist. Or they might not. Every connection is a mini-project, and testing it becomes your IT department's new full-time job.

Startups

Startups say "easy integration" a lot. But they're usually referring to their demo sandbox. Once you get into real-world infrastructure, it's all edge cases and escalations. Unless your backend is as modern as their pitch deck, expect delays.

The Digital Labor Factory Angle

We implement Microsoft AI because it already speaks fluent enterprise. We know how to wire it into what you've got, without turning it into a never-ending IT project. Want AI that shows up and gets to work? Let's talk.
